With the launch of the Education Plan 2026–2035, we examine whether it can realistically deliver on the country’s ambitions as the government maps out its next decade-long direction for the education system. We look at what the plan gets right, what still needs fixing, and where priorities should lie, especially in a system shaped by uneven outcomes and constant reform fatigue. From classrooms and teachers to assessments and skills development, we ask what kind of students this plan is ultimately trying to produce.
