It was a brutal night for Antonín Kinský, whose Champions League dream debut quickly turned into a nightmare as Tottenham Hotspur were overwhelmed by Atlético Madrid. A string of early mistakes from the young goalkeeper helped Atlético surge into a commanding lead, and after just 17 painful minutes Kinský was substituted, leaving the pitch visibly distraught.
